The SNPP VIIRS C1.0 and JPSS-1 VIIRS C2.0 Level-1 collections will co-exist with these newly released collections. We plan to continue processing the SNPP VIIRS C1.0 and JPSS-1 VIIRS C2.0 Level-1 collections until around the summer of 2022 to support the on-going C1 land reprocessing cycle at the VIIRS Land SIPS. Subsequently, with consent from the discipline science and calibration teams, we will decide on a timeframe for decommissioning these collections.
